Thu Trang Pham, DMD
Born and raised in Vietnam, Dr. Pham came to the US with her family when she was 17 years old. She realized she wanted to become a dentist during her last year of her Dental Hygiene program when a patient told her, “I just want to smile.” After earning her Dental Hygiene degree from Perimeter College at Georgia State University in 2015, she continued her undergraduate education at Georgia Gwinnett College, and at the same time worked on the weekends as a dental hygienist. Her dream finally came true when she earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine from University of Louisville School of Dentistry in May 2021.
After graduating, Dr. Pham practiced in a small town in Florida for three years. Now, her husband and she have decided to return to Georgia to be closer to their families.
Dr. Pham always places the patients, their well-being, and their safety as her top priorities. She understands that going to the dentist can be extremely dreadful for a lot of people; thus, her goal is for her patients to have a good and pleasant experience and to feel comfortable when they are in a dental chair.
Dr. Pham loves spending time with her family and her two cats, Coco and Lulu. She also enjoys cooking, baking, and reading. Watching anime and K-dramas with her twin sister is also one of her favorite things to do in her free time.
Fun facts: Dr. Pham has a twin sister. They both are animal lovers, hate raw tomatoes, and cannot swim. Her former dental assistant’s daughter named her rescue cat after her last name: Flossy Mae Pham
