You Can See Yourself With A Better Smile … Clearly
You have choices with most things you do — what kind of ice cream you will eat, what kind of house you will live in, even what kind of orthodontic care you will receive. You could get braces, or you could come to Parkway Dental where you can try Invisalign®.
Invisalign is a modern approach to orthodontic care. It does not use wires. It does not involve placing brackets on your teeth. In fact, you can go through treatment with Invisalign, and many times no one realizes you are wearing the aligners at all.
If you are interested in straight teeth, then you owe it to yourself to talk to us about Invisalign in our Snellville, GA, dentist office.

What Is Invisalign?
While Invisalign has been around for nearly 20 years, we know that many people hear about it for the first time when they come to our office seeking orthodontic treatment.
Invisalign was actually created with working adults in mind.
Many people have mild or moderate alignment issues with their teeth. Some of them have been that way since their permanent teeth erupted. Other people had braces when they were younger, but now their teeth have started to relapse. That means they are moving back toward their original positions.
If either of those situations sounds familiar to you, then Invisalign may be the solution you have been looking for.
Invisalign is intended to be a discreet orthodontic treatment. The user wears a series of custom-made plastic aligners. These fit over your teeth. Since the aligners are transparent, most people won’t realize you are wearing anything.
This could help you feel more comfortable wearing them in professional, personal, and social situations.
Dr. Patel and Dr. Vakharia have helped several people after going through the proper training to use Invisalign. Now, we have experience, too, so you trust us if we say Invisalign can work for you.

Living With Invisalign
Try to imagine a typical day with Invisalign.
You wear your aligners while you sleep. One of the first things you do is remove your current aligner to brush your teeth when you wake up.
You pop the aligner back in during your morning shower and fix yourself some coffee to take with you on the drive to work. Around lunchtime, your co-workers invite you to join them to try that new Mexican restaurant that just opened down the street.
Before lunch, you remove the aligner so you can eat. Sandy has joined you for lunch today. She is wearing braces, and you can see the disappointment on her face with the chips and salsa arrive at the table. She’s not supposed to eat anything too crunchy that could get stuck or cause her brackets or wires to break.
She’s missing out. These freshly made chips and the salsa are about as good as you’ve ever had.
After lunch, you brush your teeth before putting your aligner back in and getting back to work. You have a meeting with your supervisor, and you and Sandy have an appointment with a potential new client.
During the meeting, the client seems distracted as Sandy is trying to go over some details. (Could it be the braces?) When it’s your turn, he seems focused on what you are saying and by the end of the meeting, he’s ready to sign an agreement with your company.
After work, you are getting together with an old friend from college. You drive to the restaurant and remove the aligner before heading inside. You enjoy catching up over a leisurely meal before heading home for the evening.
You duck into the bathroom to use one of those disposable toothbrushes to clean your teeth. Back the car, you put the aligner back in and head home.
Tomorrow, you will be swapping this aligner for a new one. You’ve been doing this every few weeks. You can already see that your teeth are moving and getting straighter.
Will Invisalign Work For You?
The only way to know for sure is to let a dentist examine and evaluate your teeth. Invisalign can fix problems like gaps between teeth, crowded teeth, crooked teeth, overbites, and underbites.
It’s a good alternative to braces if you have mild or moderate alignment issues. Our dentists in Snellville, GA, can let you know if Invisalign is likely to help you.
